Article 5 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991
Amend rule 2.27A as follows—
(a)
in paragraph (1) for “11” substitute “19”;
(b)
in paragraphs (2) and (3) for “9, 10 or 11” substitute “16 to 19”; and
(c)
in paragraph (4) for “9” substitute “17”.
