Article 5 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

after “power of arrest”, insert “attached to an occupation order under section 47(2) or (3) of the Family Law Act 1996”; and

after “warrant of arrest”, insert “issued on an application under section 47(8) of that Act”.
