Article 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2008.

(2)

These rules shall come into force as follows—

(a)

this rule and rules 2, 3(a), 5, 6, 10 and 12 shall come into force on 3rd November 2008; and

(b)

the remaining rules shall come into force on 25th November 2008.
