Article 11 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

after paragraph (1), insert—

“(1A)

In proceedings under Part 4A of the Family Law Act 1996, a party is also not required to reveal the address of—

(a)

the person who is the subject of the proceedings; or

(b)

any witness;

unless the court directs otherwise.”; and

in paragraph (2), for “paragraph (1) above”, substitute “this rule”.
