in the heading for “Child Support Commissioner” substitute “Upper Tribunal”;

in paragraph (1) for the words “25 of the Act of 1991” to the end, substitute “13 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007^f1 (right to appeal to Court of Appeal etc)”;

in paragraph (2) for “Commissioner” substitute “ Upper Tribunal”; and

in paragraph (3) for “Commissioner’s” substitute “Upper Tribunal’s”.
