Article 5 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In rule 3.13(1), for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)

where the mother, or alleged mother, of the person whose parentage is in issue has previously been known by different names, if known—

(i)

each full name by which she has previously been known; and

(ii)

the dates between which she was known by each name;”.
