# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2009, Article 7: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 4.1(2)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (h), omit “or”;
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “or”; and
(c) after sub-paragraph (i), insert—
“(j) on an application for a warrant under section 79 of the Childcare Act 2006.”.
