# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2010, Article 11: Transitional provisions relating to care and supervision orders


Where proceedings for a care or supervision order have been commenced before these Rules come into force, the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 shall apply to those proceedings as if rule 6 had not been made.
