# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Article 2: Transitional provisions


These Rules shall apply to any proceedings for divorce, nullity of marriage or judicial separation, commenced on or after 1st December 2000, and any such proceedings commenced before that date shall be treated as if these Rules had not come into operation.
