# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Article 4: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules (Northern Ireland) 1996


In Rule 1.3(1):—
(a) after the definition of “the Allocation Order of 1999” there shall be inserted the following—
““the Order of 1999” means the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999; and”
(b) in the definition of “ancillary relief:”—
(i) in sub-paragraph (d), the word “or” shall be omitted; and
(ii) after sub-paragraph (e) there shall be inserted the following:—
“, or
(f) a pension sharing order,”.
