  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules.)\nThese Rules amend the Family Proceedings Rules (Northern Ireland) 1996 to prescribe the procedure for applications for pension sharing and pension attachment orders. The Rules come into operation on 1st December 2000, to coincide with the introduction of pension sharing.",
