This Article was inserted by section 66 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000; andArticle 32 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (declarations of legitimacy or legitimation); andgive effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1347/2000 of 29th May 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and in matters of parental responsibility for children of both spouses.",
