In Appendix 2—

(a)

after paragraph 1(b) insert—

“(bb)

where it is alleged that the court has jurisdiction under the Council Regulation, the grounds of jurisdiction under Article 2(1) of the Council Regulation.”;

(b)

in each of paragraphs 1(c) and 1(d), after the words “has jurisdiction”, insert—

“, other than under the Council Regulation,”; and

(c)

at the end of paragraph 4(a) insert—

“(including an application for a pension sharing or pension attachment order)”.
