Article 1

These rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Costs) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 14th October 1991.

In these rules, the “principal rules” means the Family Proceedings Rules 1991^f1, and expressions used in these rules have the same meanings as in those rules.
