  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1997/788 and is being issued free to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nFAMILY PROCEEDINGS\nSUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES\nCOUNTY COURTS\nMade 24th March 1997\nComing into force 27th March 1997\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 41 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:",
