# The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 5th December 2008.
