  "heading": "Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008",
  "text": "(1) The Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 3A—\n(a) before sub-paragraph (c), insert—\n“(bb) in proceedings for a female genital mutilation protection order under Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003; or”, and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “in sub-paragraph (b)”, substitute “in sub-paragraphs (b) or (bb)”.\n(3) In Schedule 1 (fees to be taken), after sub-paragraph (e) of fee 15.1, insert “; or”, and the following in the left-hand column—\n“(f) an application for (and accompanying documentation), or an order for, or an application to vary or discharge a female genital mutilation protection order under Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003.”",
