# The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1997, Article 2


For Fee No. 1(c) in the Schedule to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991 there shall be substituted the following—
“
(c) on making an application for a non-molestation order or an occupation order under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996 (Family Homes and Domestic Violence)
£30 Only one fee is payable where an application is made for a non-molestation order and an occupation order at the same time
”.
