# The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1997, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991 to provide a fee of £30 for making an application for a non-molestation order or an occupation order under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.
