  "long_title": "This Order amends the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1999 by specifying a fee for commencement of costs-only proceedings. Costs-only proceedings are permitted by rule 44.12A of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 which is inserted into those Rules by the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2000. Rule 44.12A applies to family proceedings by virtue of the Family Proceedings (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 1999.",
