For paragraph 2(1)(b) in Schedule 1A in the Schedule substitute—
“(b)is in receipt of legal advice and assistance under Part II or Part III of the Legal Aid Act 1988 in connection with the matter to which the proceedings relate; or”.
For paragraph 2(1)(b) in Schedule 1A in the Schedule substitute—
“(b)is in receipt of legal advice and assistance under Part II or Part III of the Legal Aid Act 1988 in connection with the matter to which the proceedings relate; or”.
