# The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2007, Article 3: Amendment to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2004


For article 3 substitute—
“Remissions and part remissions
3. Schedule 1A applies for the purpose of ascertaining whether a party is entitled to a remission or part remission of a fee prescribed by this Order.”.
