  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Family Proceeding Fees Order 1991 to—\n(1) modify the rules on exemption from payment of court fees (article 3);\n(2) increase the following fees (article 4):\nFee No\nShort Description of fee, for full description see fees order\nExisting fee £\nNew fee £\n(fees to be taken in the High Court and county courts)\n1(a)\nOriginating application/summons.\n15\n20\n1(b)\nPetition.\n40\n80\n4\nAncillary relief application.\n20\n30\n5\nGeneral application fee.\n15\n20\n6\nAppeal from a district judge.\n15\n20\n7(a)\nDecree absolute search at Principal Registry.\n5\n20\n7(b)\nParental responsibility search at Principal Registry.\n5\n20\n10(a)\nTo register a mainentnance order.\n5\n0\n(fees to be taken in county courts only)\n11\nService by bailiff.\n5\n10\n12(b)\nExamination of Debtor as to means.\n12\n30\n12(c)\nEntering garnishee proceedings.\n12\n25\n12(d)\nApplication for a Charging Order.\n12\n25\n12(e)\nIssue of a judgment summons.\n12\n25\n(fees to be taken in the High Court only)\n14\nExamination of witness before trial.\n5\n10\n16(a)\nSealing writ of execution.\n6\n20\n16(b)\nExamination of judgment debtor\n12\n35\n16(c)\nIssue of a judgment summons.\n12\n25\n16(d)\nApplication for a garnishee order, charging order or receiver.\n12\n30\n16(e)\nCertified copy of judgment\n10\n20\n(3) introduce a single fee of £1 for copies of documents, to bring the fee into line with the new fee charged in the Supreme Court and county courts (article 5);\n(4) replace the scale of fees (15p per £) payable on the issue of a warrant of execution with a flat fee of £30 (article 6).",
