Article 5 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991

Changes not yet applied. Later legislation changes this provision in ways not yet written into the text below:

In article 4:—

(a)

after “payment” there shall be inserted “in full”;

(b)

after “this Order” there shall be inserted “in respect of excepted matrimonial proceedings”;

(c)

for the words from “reduce” to the end there shall be substituted “remit so much of the fee as exceeds £20”.
