  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1999 as follows:\nrefunds are permitted in certain cases (article 5);\nreferences to legal aid are amended to take account of the establishment of the Legal Services Commission under section 1 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (articles 3, 4 and 6); and\nan unnecessary fee is removed (article 7).",
