  "text": "FAMILY PROCEEDINGS, ENGLAND AND WALES\nSUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES\nCOUNTY COURTS, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 2nd March 2005\nLaid before Parliament 9th March 2005\nComing into force 6th April 2005\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 92 of the Courts Act 2003, with the consent of the Treasury under section 92(1) of the Courts Act 2003, and after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, the Master of the Rolls, the President of the Family Division, the Vice-Chancellor, the Head of Civil Justice, the Deputy Head of Civil Justice and the Civil Justice Council under section 92(5) and (6) of the Courts Act 2003, makes the following Order:",
