# The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement

Extent: E+W

(1) This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2008.
(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), this Order shall come into force on 26th November 2008.
(3) Article 5 shall come into force on 8th December 2008.
