Article 4 Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008
For the description of fee 1.3, substitute “On applying for a non-molestation order, an occupation order or a forced marriage protection order under Part 4 or Part 4A of the Family Law Act 1996f1 (or on applying for two or more of those orders).”.
