  "text": "Where an application for ancillary relief is made by notice in Form M11 or an application under rule 2.45 is made by notice in Form M12 the notice shall be filed—\n(a) if the case is pending in a divorce county court, in that court, or\n(b) if the cause is pending in the High Court, in the registry in which it is proceeding,\nand within four days after filing the notice the applicant shall serve a copy on the respondent to the application.",
