  "text": "(1) Notwithstanding any rule of court to the contrary, no document, other than a record of an order, held by the court and relating to proceedings to which this Part applies shall be disclosed, other than to–\n(a) a party,\n(b) the legal representative of a party,\n(c) the guardian ad litem,\n(d) the Legal Aid Board, or\n(e) a welfare officer,\nwithout leave of the judge or district Judge.\n(2) Nothing in this rule shall prevent the notification by the court or the proper officer of a direction under section 37(1) to the authority concerned.",
