Consent for the purposes of–

(a)

section 16(3),

(b)

section 33(7), or

(c)

paragraph 19(3)(c) or (d) of Schedule 2,

shall be given either–

(i)

orally in court, or

(ii)

in writing to the court signed by the person giving his consent.
