# The Family Proceedings Rules 1991, Rule 7.32: Certification of evidence given on provisional order


Where the court makes a provisional order under section 5 of the Act of 1972, the document required by subsection (4) of that section to set out or summarise the evidence given in the proceedings shall be authenticated by a certificate signed by the district judge.
