  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Farm and Conservation Grant Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) by bringing forward the closing date for the submission of improvement plans in respect of any works, facilities or transactions specified in Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations. No improvement plans relating to ancillary farm businesses shall therefore be approved where they are received after 17th January 1993.",
