# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 3: Amendment of the principal Regulations


For regulation 7 there shall be substituted the following regulation:—
“7 The appropriate Minister shall not approve an improvement plan under these Regulations—
(a) in so far as the plan relates to any works, facilities or transactions of a kind specified in Schedule 2 where the plan is received by him after 17th January 1993;
(b) in any other case where the plan is received by him after 31st December 1994.”.
