  "text": "In regulation 12 (claims for grant and closing dates for incurring certain expenditure)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2), for the date “17th November 1993” there shall be substituted the date “17th November 1994”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (3), for the date “16th November 1994” there shall be substituted the date “16th November 1995”.",
