# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 4: Amendment of the principal Regulations


In regulation 12 (claims for grant and closing dates for incurring certain expenditure)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2), for the date “17th November 1993” there shall be substituted the date “17th November 1994”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (3), for the date “16th November 1994” there shall be substituted the date “16th November 1995”.
