# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Farm and Conservation Grant (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 30th November 1994.
(2) In these Regulations—
(a) “the principal Regulations” means the Farm and Conservation Grant Regulations 1991;
(b) “the appropriate Minister” has the same meaning as in regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations.
