# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Variation) (No. 2) Scheme 1994, Section 2: Savings


Paragraph 4 of this Scheme shall not apply in relation to any claim for grant towards expenditure incurred for the purposes of the principal Scheme before 30th November 1994 and that paragraph shall not affect the operation of the principal Scheme in relation to any such claim for grant.
