# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Variation) Scheme 1994, Section 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Farm and Conservation Grant (Variation) Scheme 1994 and shall come into force on 30th June 1994.
(2) This Scheme shall apply to England and Wales.
