  "long_title": "This Scheme further varies the Farm and Conservation Grant Scheme 1989 by providing that in relation to an agricultural business in Wales a claim for grant must be received on or before 18th February 1998. That closing date does not, however, apply to claims for grant in respect of facilities for the handling, storage and treatment of agricultural effluents and waste and related fixed disposal facilities or in respect of poultry manure stores. Such claims must be received on or before 19th February 1996 (paragraphs 2 to 4).",
