# The Farm and Conservation Grant (Variation) Scheme 1996, Section 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Farm and Conservation Grant (Variation) Scheme 1996 and shall come into force on 19th February 1996.
(2) This Scheme shall apply to England and Wales.
