Regulation 2

any work, facility or transaction which was before 1st July 1983 included in a development plan or as a variation to such a development plan approved for the purposes of the Farm and Horticulture Development Regulations 1981^f1; or

any claim for grant towards expenditure incurred for the purposes of those regulations before 1st July 1983.
