# The Farm Business Development (Scotland) Scheme 2001, Section 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Farm Business Development (Scotland) Scheme 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2001.
(2) This Scheme extends to Scotland only.
