Section 3 Amendment of the principal Scheme

In paragraph 5, after sub-paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following subparagraph:—

“(1A)

The appropriate Minister shall not approve any feasibility study plan or marketing plan that is received by him after 17th January 1993.”.
