# The Farm Business Non-Capital Grant (Amendment) Scheme 1992, Section 4: Amendment of the principal Scheme


In paragraph 7—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2), the words from “and the eligible person” to the end of that sub-paragraph shall be omitted;
(b) sub-paragraph (5)(b) shall be omitted.
