# The Farm Business Specification Order 1987, Article 3: Specified farm businesses


The businesses described in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified pursuant to section 28(1) of the Agriculture Act 1970 (Interpretation of provisions relating to Capital and other Grants) as businesses which (when carried on by a person also carrying on a business consisting in or partly in the pursuit of agriculture on the same or adjacent land) are included in the definition of “agricultural business” set out in that subsection.
