  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 13th November 1987\nLaid before Parliament 18th November 1987\nComing into force 1st January 1988\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28(1) of the Agriculture Act 1970 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
