Section 3 Variation of the principal Scheme

In the definition of “designated maps” in paragraph 2(1) (interpretation)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for the date “3rd April 1984” there shall be substituted the date “20th May 1991”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the date “29th March 1984” there shall be substituted the date “20th May 1991”; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i)

for the date “2nd April 1984” there shall be substituted the date “15th May 1991”, and

(ii)

for the words “Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland” there shall be substituted “Scottish Office Agriculture and Fisheries Department”.
