  "text": "For paragraph 6 (closing date for approval of farm diversification plans), there shall be substituted the following paragraph:\n“6 The appropriate Minister shall not approve a farm diversification plan for the purposes of grant under this Scheme where the plan is received by him after 17th July 1991.”.",
