# The Farm Diversification Grant (Variation) (No. 2) Scheme 1991, Section 4: Variation of the principal Scheme


For paragraph 6 (closing date for approval of farm diversification plans), there shall be substituted the following paragraph:
“6 The appropriate Minister shall not approve a farm diversification plan for the purposes of grant under this Scheme where the plan is received by him after 17th July 1991.”.
